Where and when will the retreat be?
We will be at the Singing Hills Campsite, which is managed by the H.E. Butt Foundation.
Our retreat dates will be from January 30 - February 1, 2026.

What is the cost?
Until Nov. 15, we’re offering early bird registration for our retreat. Don’t miss out on these discounts!
Adults are discounted at $89 ($139), and kids are discounted at $45 ($89).

What does the cost cover? Why is the cost so affordable?
Our generous partners at H.E. Butt Foundation are providing the campsite facilities to us for free! This allows us to keep our retreat accessible to our congregation. The retreat cost per person helps us to cover all of our other expenses, including: meals, safety resources, audio/visual rental equipment, retreat honorariums for those serving our congregation (speaker, band, etc.), insurance, and other retreat related expenses.

What will lodging be like?
Singing Hills Campsite offers bunkhouse lodging. When you register, you can select a variety of housing preferences and indicate who you might want to bunk with.

What do I need to bring?

What about kids?
This is an all-church retreat, and we’re looking forward to growing together across our different generations, including our kids. For kids from 5 years old to 5th grade, we will have Kids-specific programming for part of the retreat. We also will integrate them into other parts of the retreat schedule.

How can I help?
We will be in touch about how you and others can team with us to make our retreat awesome! All retreat participants will have an opportunity to serve in different capacities (cook/clean team, kids team, etc.).
