Every year the whole church — kids, singles, couples, grandparents — heads out for a weekend away. We will worship together, have a few sessions together, long meals, free afternoons on the river, a campfire, and a celebration.

Adults $150 · Kids 3–17 $100 · Under 3 free
Early bird through November 22: adults $125, kids $75
Families: your 3rd person is $50 off and the 4th and beyond are free — applied automatically at checkout
A $50 deposit per person holds your spot; the balance is due January 17.

Our generous partners at the H. E. Butt Foundation are providing the campsite facilities at no cost. Your retreat fee helps cover meals, safety resources, A/V rentals, speaker/band honorariums, insurance, and other retreat expenses—keeping the weekend affordable for everyone.

Details at a Glance

  • Bunkhouse cabins. During registration you can select preferences and list bunkmates; we’ll do our best to honor requests.

  • Kids (5 years–5th grade) will have kids-specific programming throughout the retreat.

    Children who are 5 years and below will be with their parent(s)/guardian(s) throughout the retreat. We ask that you plan accordingly, thanks!

    • Bedding (bed sheets OR sleeping bag + blankets)

      • Recommendation: instead of fitted sheets, bring flat sheets (twin size or larger) and wrap them around the mattress).

    • Pillow(s)

    • Towels & toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, body wash/shampoo, deodorant, etc.)

    • Bible / journal, along with pens and pencils

    • Comfortable clothes & layers (weather appropriate)

    • Closed-toe shoes

    • Flashlight + extra batteries

    • Water bottle

    • Individually packaged snacks (prevents critters from getting to large sized snacks)

    • Personal medications (Including clear instructions in case of emergency).

    • Additional Items to Consider:

      • Camp chairs, your fave coffee mug, board games, card games, sports equipment and balls, frisbees, etc.

      • For those with kids (5+): Prepare a water bottle and snack for kids on Saturday (they will be taking a guided nature hike!)

      • Weather note: Please check forecast and make appropriate plans for extra shoes, umbrellas, ponchos, etc.

    • Per H.E. Butt Foundation Camps policy, NO weapons allowed on camp property.

  • We will be pulling together to create a memorable retreat experience! All participants will serve on a team (cook/clean team, kids team, setup/teardown, etc). During registration, you will have an opportunity to share your team preferences. Assignments will be shared in the near future.

  • The campsite is provided at no cost by our partners. Your fee covers meals, safety resources, A/V, honorariums, insurance, and other retreat needs.

  • Yes—limited scholarships are available. If you would like to request a scholarship, please complete this form and wait to hear back from our staff before you register.

  • Travel to Singing Hills Camp will be about a 3 hour drive (no traffic) from Pflugerville. If possible, we recommend leaving the Austin metro area between 2 - 4 pm. Where you can, consider early pick-up times for your kiddos and/or an early departure from work after lunch. This will help reduce time fighting Friday rush-hour traffic. For those who may be interested in carpooling, we are exploring this option, so sit tight!

  • The Singing Hills Camp, part of H.E. Butt Foundation Camps, is 177 miles away from Pflugerville, TX (approximately 3 hours away with clear traffic).
