CARE & PRAYER
You Don’t Walk Alone
Compassionate support, pastoral care, counseling partners, and practical help when you need it.
Prayer & Care Request
You don’t have to carry it alone. Share a prayer or care need, and a trusted leader will follow up with compassion and confidentiality.
HOW THIS WORKS:
Submit the form with as much or as little detail as you’d like.
A care team member reaches out to listen and pray.
Next steps may include pastoral care, a counseling referral, practical support, or a Care Grant application.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Your request is confidential and seen by a small, trained team.
We’re trauma-aware and won’t rush your story.
This is not an emergency service.
If you’re in danger or experiencing a crisis, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call/text 988) before contacting us.
Pastoral Care
Our pastoral team offers spiritual care in seasons of joy, grief, transition, and crisis. We listen, pray, and help you discern practical next steps—without clichés or pressure.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A 30–60 minute conversation (in person or via phone/Zoom)
Prayer and gentle guidance rooted in Scripture and hope
Referrals when specialized support could help (counseling, medical, legal, financial coaching)
WHEN TO REACH OUT:
Grief and loss • Relationship strain • Anxiety or burnout • Faith questions or deconstruction • Life transitions • Hospitalization or recovery
If you’re in danger or experiencing a crisis, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call/text 988) before contacting us.
Mental Health Partnership
OUR APPROACH:
We honor both prayer and professional care.
We prioritize culturally responsive, evidence-informed practitioners.
We coordinate—with your permission—so pastoral and clinical support work together.
As a church, we believe in healing and holistic care. We have established partnerships with the following mental health practitioners and seek to do everything we can to make care accessible to members of Union. More details soon on accessibility options.
For services, please contact providers personally.
